The Vidabode sales cycle is a comprehensive process for sales agencies working with prospective licensees to develop manufacturing and distribution opportunities within specific geographical regions.
Qualification stages must be met prior to securing a license to establish a Vidabode Production System™, and prior to securing distribution in a particular territory. After an intensive due-diligence process is completed, a licensee can become a Certified Vidacrete™ Manufacturer. A fully operational VPS™ plant is a multi-million dollar business opportunity. The size of this investment underscores the fact that only highly qualified individuals and companies are invited through the sales process.
Any licensing for the manufacture or distribution of Vidacrete™ using the VPS System begins with a standard pre-qualification application. Upon completion of our due diligence in reviewing the application, the selection of a license territory will be identified through the completion of a Letter of Intent. This letter outlines the requested protected territory, costs, and concludes with timelines for both parties to negotiate the closing of a contract.
With a contract being signed, there are specific deliverables required of both parties that include business and marketing plans, legal and financial agreements. As a complete system can be produced for you within 180 days, the agreement schedules negotiated will be based on the timing determined by both parties.
